All prices are in Australian dollars (AUD$) and are exclusive of GST. To make your 1st order please return our APPLICATION FORM and our ORDER FORM by fax, regular mail or Email. Orders will not be processed until payment has been received. All orders will be shipped to you via Australia Post. Orders will be processed within 3 business days of receiving them, however if payment is made by cheque, your items will only be sent once cheques have cleared.

New stockists need to include our CLIENT APPLICATION FORM with their first order.
We have provided order forms to assist with the order process, however we do not require an order form if you quote product codes in your fax, letter or Email and we are more than happy to take orders over the telephone.
Payment can be made via:

Please note Alison Ellis Design will not accept credit card details via Email. Please provide credit card details via fax, phone or standard mail.
Once you are allocated an AED client number orders can be placed by phone, Email, fax, or standard mail. Call (03) 9886 1906 (within Australia) Mon-Fri 9am-5pm Australian EST and one of our staff will process the order over the phone. To obtain an AED client number please download our Client Application Form .
All orders will be shipped to you via Australia Post. Our postage fees include packaging and handling. Please refer to the schedule of rates below for pricing.
