Another Baby Story

Well we are recovering and our DS and DDIL along with their new son are doing very well...........this time the delivery was relatively unremarkable thankfully.........12 1/2 hours labour for a first child and only requiring a bit of peth to finish off. Personally I'd say remarkably well done. We have a very cute Grandson called Ezekiel Raymond weighing in at 3.27ks or 7lb3oz and 50cm or 19" in length born 3.26pm on Friday. This time around they delivered at a local hospital so we have already had two fairly lengthy visits including photo opportunities along with rushing around to finish off knitted stuff and collect flowers as we were caught a little of guard when we got the news about 5.30.....I still haven't got their card made (we didn't know if we had a girl or boy and meant to make one of each just in case but never got around to it)............I need some sleep tonight was just too excited to do that last night so the card will just have to wait till after church in the morning. I've now changed my mind about the tech to use anyway so I'm glad I didn't have it done..................
