Central to the success of Alison Ellis Design is our commitment to our clients in delivering quality specialist paper products. By purchasing from Alison Ellis Design you agree to the following Terms and Conditions.
Orders are processed in order of receipt. Orders will be processed within 3 business days of receiving them, however if payment is made by cheque, your items will only be sent once cheques have cleared.
There is a A$10 minimum order requirement (excluding shipping costs).
Orders cannot be dispatched until payment has been made in full.
Orders can also be placed by phone, fax, regular mail and Email.
If we are unable to fill any part of your order the item will be deleted from your order. We do not backorder. If an item is out of stock and you would like us to advise you when it is back in stock please contact us to arrange.
Orders must be cancelled in writing by way of surface mail, fax or e-mail. No cancellation will be deemed valid until Alison Ellis Design has received the cancellation notice.
These Terms and Conditions shall be construed according to the laws of Victoria and it shall be deemed that the appointment of Allison Ellis Design has been made in the state of Victoria, Australia
Payment in Australian Dollars must be made before goods will be shipped.
Payment can be made via:
- Money Order
- Direct Debit
- Credit card ( Visa, MasterCard and Bankcard )
Customers whose cheques are rejected by the bank will be charged A$20 for handling in addition to the amount of the cheque.
For credit card purchases, customers are reminded to ensure the card number, expiration date and name on the card are correct.

All prices are quoted in Australian Dollars and are exclusive of 10% Goods and Services Tax (GST). For orders within Australia please include 10% GST.
Alison Ellis Design endeavours to depict as accurately as possible all goods for sale. Paper sizes may vary slightly In the manufacturing process, colour variations do occur. We regret this is beyond our control. Such variations do not constitute a claim, refund or exchange by the client.
Monetary refunds will not be given.
In the event of a return, Alison Ellis Design will re-ship the order to the customer to replace damaged goods and/or ensure that the original order is filled correctly.
Please notify us within 48 hours of receiving your order of any damages or shortages. Please retain your order in its original packaging (unless otherwise instructed by one of our staff), It may be required as evidence.
Returns and exchanges are accepted only if:
· Goods received are damaged.
· Shipped goods do not match customer order, such as item number or quantity
Alison Ellis Design will have no liability to the client in relation to any loss, damage or expense caused by Alison Ellis Design's failure to complete the order or to deliver the goods as a result of fire, flood, tempest, earthquake, riot, civil disturbance, theft, crime, strike, lockout, breakdown, war, the inability of Alison Ellis Design's suppliers to supply necessary materials or any other matter beyond Alison Ellis Design's control.
Notwithstanding any other provisions of these Terms and Conditions, Alison Ellis Design is under no circumstance (whatever the cause) liable in contract, tort (including without limitation, negligence or breach of statutory duty) or otherwise to compensate the client for:
(a) any increased costs or expenses,
(b) any loss of profit, revenue, business, contracts or anticipated savings,
(c) any loss or expense resulting from a claim by a third party, or
(d) any special, indirect or consequential loss or damage of any nature whatsoever caused by Alison Ellis Design's delay to complete or delay in completeing the service or to deliver the goods.
